I needed a notary and called Joe Huang. I met him, at pre-arranged location. He provided quick service and explained every step. The price was very reasonable and I recommend Joe to anyone needing a notary.

We live in the So Bay and had to coordinate a notary public in SF. Found JoeBABA on Google and was easy to schedule an appt on his website. On the day of and abt an hr before our appt, we realized we were running late but it was super quick to reschedule to an hour later. He arrived on time and he explained everything: things he felt we needed to know and advised some key items based on his experiences dealing with clients in a similar situation. We very much appreciated his recommendations. Joe was professional, cool and easy to deal with. Thank you, Joe! We know where to find you if we're in need of any of your services (he is a realtor and wedding officiant, too!) and will definitely refer you to family and friends!

Needed a couple of Apostilles done very quickly. Joe was able to get them done within 24H. Prompt response & easy transaction. While this request isn't cheap, other places I called were significantly more expensive. Very happy & recommend.
